Celebrating Infinite Expression at Melrose Fashion Week

Celebrating Infinite Expression at Melrose Fashion Week

For this year’s Melrose Fashion Week, we celebrated the legacy of Josh Lobb, the Melrose Trading Post vendor and designer behind the Infinite Expression brand who we tragically lost last year.

Fairfax Fashion Club Donation

Josh’s mother Lillian donated a large quantity of fabric and four sewing machines from the Infinite Expression collection to the Fashion classroom at Fairfax High School. The students and Fashion teacher Ms. Williams were incredibly appreciative of the generous donation and are excited to create their own pieces with the materials.

Infinite Expression Memorial Runway Show

We closed out our Local & Sustainable Fashion Show at Melrose Trading Post with a Tribute Runway in Josh’s memory. Josh’s friends, family, and past customers wore their favorite Infinite Expression pieces and walked the runway.

Josh D. Lobb Scholarship Fund: First Annual Infinite Expression Award for Creativity In Fashion

Lillian is launching an annual scholarship for Fairfax High School students who want to pursue fashion design! At the Runway show, participants encouraged patrons to donate to the scholarship fund, which will be gifted to a chosen Fairfax senior later this year.

If you would like to donate to the scholarship fund, you can contribute here!

Thank you to everyone who has celebrated Josh’s memory with us.

His impact on the Trading Post community has been immeasurable.
