APRIL 10-26: LA GET DOWN FESTIVAL
The LA Get Down Festival is back at Greenway Court Theatre for its 10th Consecutive Year!
Join us for a series of workshops and performances celebrating Los Angeles Arts communities through hip hop and spoken word in honor of U.S. National Poetry Month.
The month-long festival opens Friday, April 10th 2026 and closes Sunday, April 26th, featuring a performance by Tyne Daly, a Youth Slam competition in collaboration with Get Lit, Poetry Workshops, The LA Get Down Achievement Award honoring Pam Ward, and the closing ceremony competition Ink-Slam hosted by Ayanna Florence.
