In this episode, host Mahagany Adair interviews Rachel Quiles, owner and maker behind Vintage Redeux. Vintage Redeux is the creation of Rachel Quiles dating back to 2010, after a life-long obsession of altering the clothes of yesterday to meet today’s trends.
Her mission is simple: by cutting down on the collective waste of over-manufacturing, Vintage Redeux combines the quality and character of vintage clothing with modern design and flare. Each garment harbors its own story in the inevitable wear-n-tear of time and operation. Embrace the perfection of imperfection and give these threads a new story to carry on. At Vintage Redeux everything is done in-house meaning from concept to completion it’s made solely by Rachel.
