Instructor Bio: PJ first discovered Pilates as conditioning during her years as a dancer in high school, and it has stayed with her ever since. In 2020, she began practicing reformer Pilates at home, and her love for the method deepened from there. Living with a chronic illness, PJ has experienced firsthand how Pilates can help you feel strong, supported, and at home in your body. That experience is at the heart of her teaching: she is passionate about creating classes where people of all abilities feel welcome and leave feeling good in their bodies.

PJ is completing her Pilates teacher training at Avenir. Drawing on her dance background, she builds mat flows that are fluid, musical, and challenging, with clear cues that help every body find proper alignment.

When she’s not teaching PJ loves going to concerts, spending time with family, and cuddling  with her new rescue pup.
